Unfortunately, no. The DVD is most likely copyright-protected. Only the distributor or the producer has the rights to make modifications to the product. Your best bet is to contact the companies involved in releasing the DVD and inform them that their lack of captioning has lost a customer. Then return the DVD to the store and ask for your money back.
