CaptionMax has a consumer advisory board that meets at least once a year in person and answers other queries from us online. Funded entirely through cooperative agreements with the United States Department of Education, this board, composed of members from both the deaf and hard of hearing and blind communities from across the nation, reviews our work and provides feedback regarding the overall quality of captioning and audio description. The board is an extremely important aspect of the business, for it assists in the continued effort to improve the quality and availability of our services.
